Find Your Home Base
Most of our students relocate to Troy for the length of their program. These resources will help you find housing, book a short-term stay, and get to know the community while you train.
Student Housing Options
The following listings reflect housing options available in the Troy community. HIWT does not endorse any listed properties and is not responsible for housing-related issues. Students are responsible for securing their own housing. We recommend visiting any property in person before signing a lease agreement.
Local Hotels
For those who are staying just a short while, Hobart Institute of Welding Technology has secured special rates at the following local hotels for course attendees. When making or checking in on your reservation, notify the hotel that you are attending Hobart Institute. Please make your own reservations directly.
