Exit Interviews
1. Any student who has received a FFEL must undergo an
exit interview prior to graduating or withdrawing from
school. Students will not be allowed to graduate unless
they have undergone the exit interview.
2. The financial aid officer will set up appointments
with students on an individual basis to perform the exit
interview. If time does not permit, a group session will
be held one week prior to graduation.
3. During the exit interview, the aid officer will go
over the terms of the loan and the student’s
responsibilities as indicated in the FFEL exit interview
form.
4. Lenders will be notified when students complete
training, giving current addresses and telephone
numbers. Follow-up will be performed as necessary. |

Leave of Absence
Leaves of absence are discouraged since
they are disruptive to the continuity of training. One
leave of absence may be requested in writing if
justified by a compelling reason. The maximum allowable
length of a leave of absence is one hundred eighty (180)
days. All leave of absences must have the approval of
the Financial Aid Administration, Registrar, and the
Vice President/General Manager of the Institute. |
