Finance Manager & Financial
Aid Representative
Joined the staff at Hobart
Institute in 2004 as Accountant/CPA. Ruth brings 18 years
of accounting experience to the Institute.
She handles budgeting,
auditing, and accounting functions along with providing

Janet Piechocki |
Admissions Representative
Janet works to encourage interested students to pursue their
welding
education at Hobart Institute and works with them at high
schools or
one-on-one to offer information and respond to their questions.
She
offers assistance to students regarding job placement, tours,
and
scholarship applications.

| Richard Layman |
Richard has been
with the Hobart Institute since 1974 and assists the students
in obtaining supplies necessary for their work, as well as
purchasing filler metals, base metals, and all other necessary
materials. He then prepares those items for students and
instructors. Richard coordinates maintenance services
and manages the receiving area of HIWT. |
