SALES AND MARKETING
REPRESENTATIVE NAMED
AT HOBART INSTITUTE
Ron L.
Scott, Vice President & General Manager of
Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, has
announced the appointment of Erin L. Lucas to the
position of Sales and Marketing Representative.
Erin assumes the
extensive responsibilities that include promotion of
the Hobart Institute by traveling to high schools
and vocational schools and speaking to students
about the vast array of opportunities available to
them in welding related occupations. She will also coordinate and conduct tours of the Hobart
Institute, provide orientation to new students, and
work with the students to assist in securing
housing.
A
self-service employment assistance center has been
established for the convenience of the students and
Erin will also provide support in that area.
She works with companies to coordinate career
days at the Hobart Institute, giving students an
opportunity to meet prospective employers.
Erin
resides in Troy is a recent graduate of Urbana
University in Ohio and Leadership Troy.
She has been with the Institute since 1999.
