Christmas Tree
It’s
welded metal
Eight feet tall
From hayrake I took
Gracious branches
The shears of plows became
A shining star
I cut up links of metal chains
In all configurations
They hang on metal hooks
As Christmas decorations
The stand is
Fourteen inches disk
A part of farm machine
It took a month
To plan to weld and grind
This Christmas tree.
