A PICTURE IS WORTH A
THOUSAND WORDS
It has been said throughout time that a
picture is worth a thousand words. Industry is in desperate need
of welders and Hobart Institute creates the best welders in the
country. Through our employment assistance activities, we are
assisting companies who hire our graduates in several different
ways such as allowing job postings on our web site at
http://www.welding.org, accepting and posting company
literature within our facility to promote hiring activities, and
hosting career days for company presentations for our students.
To enhance these
efforts, we now offer industry another opportunity to display
posters of your products in our facility. Young welders are
often attracted by products. Welding is used to manufacture a
large variety of very different products.
For a
contribution of $500 to the Hobart Institute Alumni Scholarship
Fund, HIWT would:

Frame the posters and display them in our facility
for a period of one year.

Accept your company literature to exhibit in our
job placement center.
·
Provide a one-time classified ad in
The World
of Welding
·
Provide you with the opportunity to speak with our
students at a Career Day
This exchange
would provide a dual benefit to your company. Welders would be
attracted to work for you and scholarships entice students to
enter the trade and become productive and prospective employees
in years to come.
